Donate furniture, appliances, recycled building materials and more
Your donation not only helps you declutter your life, it helps Habitat for Humanity Anchorage build houses for working families in our area. In fact, because of ReStore donations, we raised more than $350K to support the Habitat for Humanity mission.
Plus, when you donate to ReStore, items that might otherwise end up in the dump find new homes. In the past two years, we’ve diverted thousands of pounds of usable material from going into a landfill.
Schedule a donation pick up
Our donation pick-up service is reserved for large donations located in Anchorage. We carefully evaluate each request to ensure that we can recover the costs associated with pick-up and raise funds for Habitat through the resell of your donation.
Please check our donation guidelines for information on what we can and cannot accept. We’ll respond to your request as soon as we can to let you know if we can schedule your donation pick-up.
If you have questions about an item that you want to donate, please email us a picture of the item with a description.
Want to drop off your donation?
Donations can be dropped off during store hours: Monday-Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
A staff or volunteer will screen your items and, if accepted, will help you unload and give you a tax receipt.
As will all ReStore donations, all proceeds support our work of building homes and community in Anchorage.
